It means that it is modified, It has a slightly larger outside diameter of the "can" than the stock super 370 as well as fewer turns around the armature,19T I think, meaning faster and higher amp draw on the battery. You can change the brushes in it, which you cannot do on the super 370, as well as replace the armature when the brushes "eat" the commutator.If you are real brave you can cut off the notch on the endball and change the timing.IMO I'll stick with the 370, it is durable and forgiving when I mess up on gearing, runs a long time and is cheap to replace, $12 US. The Baja and Trinity Cobalts run around $45 US
The one thing you have to remember is, it doesn't matter if you have a heatsink on the motor/ESC or not, if you do not gear it right for what you are doing, it will burn up the brushes,motor,or possibly the esc or any combination or thermally shut down.
