1/18 scale ON-ROAD carpet nationals
How much longer, how many more off-road micro nationals will there be before there is a national for the sedans and pan cars? Am I the only one wondering this? When will a track with the pit space step up and be the first?

Here! Here!
(And since the Off-road nats are only on the East Coast. I submit the On-roads should be in the Pacific or Southwest area :D ) |
The biggest micro on-road carpet race I've ever heard of is actually coming up Jan. 12th and 13th in Indianapolis at Indi Slots. They are calling it the Indiana Micro Championships. I race micros locally at Leisure Hours in Joliet, IL. A few racer buddies and I just went out there on Friday to race a club race. Rumor has it that there is alot of entries for the Micro Champs (Not sure exactly the number. Hopefully 75 or more entries.) I'll be starting a thread for the Indiana Micro Championships.

There was a 18th scale on road and off road sedan, trucks, half 8s held in new jersey in October. It was held @ pottbellys.

We are planning one... Fall of 2007!!!
M18, MRS4, RC18R & Scalpel!!! Already have sponsors lined up... Gotta finish the Off ROad Nats first... Off topic, we had 83 enteries for a CLUB RACE this past Friday. 70 of them were 1/18... |
Noooo!!! Phoey! Us poor West Coasters. We are soo looked down upon on this side of the Nation.
Dammit Madness, open RC Madness West! :D |
Need info about 1/18 scale nat RCMADNESS. What details can you tell us? Dates? Classes? YOU'RE LOCATION.
|
Enfield, CT
http://www.rcmadness.com/230_Directions.asp For the record, Im happy its being held at a good location like RC Madness. I'm just very frustrated that no track west or south of the Rockies took any initiative. However since most of the hardcore onroad racers are on the east coast, it makes sense. |

This thread was started to talk about ON-ROAD 1/18th scale ON-ROAD carpet larger than club race ON-ROAD racing. When is someone going to put an all on-road carpet 1/18th scale race thats larger than just a state race? A national. ON-ROAD ONLY.
