Hi everyone,

What is the difference between these two Evo chassis aside from the motor? What does the SP add?
1. 32794 MR-03EVO Chassis Set N-MM2 4100KV
2. 32793 MR-03EVO SP Chassis Set N-MM2 5600KV

I’ve got the Evos. Not the SP. I wasn’t sure either. But best I can find is this.

The SP edition is equipped with nickel plated hex screws and an oil shock (MZW432) as standard. Also, the ball diff is specially finished with blue anodizing. Furthermore, new upper arms with various caster angles (1 deg./2 deg./3 deg.) are included allowing wider setting range.

I have both, and those are the only differences, but well worth the extra $10 in my book!

Sorry! Thought you were asking what the SP comes with. The 4100 chassis set is less because it comes with gear diff instead of ball diff... I like the 4100 motor more than the 5600. Kyosho's website does a pretty good job of identifying what comes with the various chassis sets...

I remember the 4100 being cheaper then the 5600. I like the 4100.

Yes. While rules depend on each club. You can run li-fe with the EVO. But I don’t know anyone running them. I have to reduce the power on my Evos to run at home

I’ve not heard of the NiZn batteries

They do look interesting. I’m not buying another charger to try them. The included charger I’m seeing on eBay says 4-6hr charge time

I picked one up for my normal 1/10 racing.. My Graupner Charger takes up a lot of room in my bag.... so I opted for this little guy...

This was before I got @ Home MiniZ track itch lol.. I am indecisive on which version to get.. For my son it's easy, I will pick up a ready set.. probably the $129 MR03 Skyline Sports and just get bearings. For myself I'm leaning towards the Evo for $159 but then the bodies I want are out of stock.. so frustrating

I’ve only bought the basic white bodies. I don’t know what the included tires are like.

You know there’s only a few options for controllers with the Evos. It’s nearly a daily question in the Facebook groups
