Default XRay NT18

So? What's the verdict on these things?

My friend and I are each thinking about getting one. Do you have to have a fairly smooth/clean surface to run on or can they be run on rough, wavy parking lots?

There is a very active community for them and the nt18t at the xray forums. As per the above, they can go the same places the m18 can. What does wavy parking lot refer to?

Like ALL on-road RCs', they like prepaired, smooth, clean surfaces. If you don't have a nice surface to run on (& a leaf blower), get the off-road truck.

Default Servos for NT18

What servos will be a good fit for this car. I have a half finished kit coming and need electronics for it. What about a battery pack too?
