Might just be the vinyl floor. You may need to lay something else down on your floor in order to run on it- something with a little texture to create some grip. Have you had a chance to try it outside on asphalt?

I'll change the rear as soon as the new trackbite dries. Should I raise or lower it?

Thanks, I ordered two Atomic ball differentials and an aluminum motor mount from them. I haven't ran this thing for awhile. :D

HVAC, did you superglue the sides of the rims in the rear? From your pictures it looks like you did. Im not asking you to if you didnt. Good for the front, not that great for the rear. I am asking if you did, did you happen to do that when you first got the tires or after running them?

Make sure the metal pin in the rear diff is still centered.

Edit: Also make sure those aftermarket shocks arent knocking against one another in your suspension travel. People have complained before about those shocks "o" tops rubbing against one another since they are so thick.

I just remembered I did the glueing right about the time it began spinning around. Wish I'd known it was a bad idea beforehand. Oh well. Anyone know a cheap place to buy foam tires online?

I took some sand paper and sanded the glued edges off and now they work great! thanks, Mini_me!
