How is parts support for the original 18 series right now? I have been missing my 18T2 and want to get another 1/18 car but I'm not sure if I want another second gen car given its inherent problems (belt rub, etc.). I was thinking of buying the Rival mini and converting it into an 18T. What do you guys think? Seems like a lot of folks prefer the original 18 series over the second.

I've iwned several rc18's in the past, and I can recall steering slop, I was going through some of my left over rc items and I still have a rc18r skyline practically brand new with t bone bumpers, mamba micro pro system ect, but anyway it has ahitec servo on it an I can't get it to go back straight after I turn the wheels just by letting the radio go. I was looking at the design of the servo saver for the rc18t2 can anyone confirm it will fit my servo, if not what suggestions do you guys have

I just replaced the stock diffs with the MIP super diffs. Do you still need the outdrive covers on the MIP diffs?

Any suggestions on a rear toe block with these trucks? Or at least a good starting point?

I recently decided to get back into the hobby. Just in time for cold weather when riding the mountain bike isn't as fun
I quickly glanced at all the current offerings. I am astonished to find I'm again buying the same stuff all over again. (3rd time)
You just can't beat the rc18 line.
In search of a old model 18R and 18T I remarkably scored NOS 18R & 18T RTR
Will post pics when they arrive
Does anyone have a few "DRIVEN PRODUCTIONS" steering drag links they can sell me?
Or Lunsford titanium kits?
edit: just scooped up a NOS 18MT rtr

I would take a steering link too if someone has them...

I recently picked up a Savox 1263MG to replace the crappy stock one. Obviously the stock horn doesn't fit. Does anyone know what my options are from here? It looks like the servo is a 21T, for which there are no aluminum horns for it. Do I need to get a plastic kit somewhere? Thanks.

Got Very lucky and Driven Productions sent me their last 3 steering links
I have ridiculous NOS Discontinued parts for each of my three builds, would love to post pics but it says I haven't made enough posts to add pics yet

Did you ask them about the gear covers? I was hoping that since Associated re-released the RC18 and RC18MT as the Reflex and Mini-Rival we would see a resurgence of some of these parts.

I just took out of storage after 15 years. It has a Mamba 25. I'll post some pics when all is done.
EDIT: Think I may have found your bats based on the picture. GENS ACE 1550MAH 7.4V 45C 2S1P LIPO BATTERY WITH DEANS PLUG?

Anyone have spare RC18R rubber tires or a steering link or two?
