Yes, the tires have high grip, they are made with black latex rubber code 203 (used in slingshots)

dude , you SURE bout that?? The F axle is behind the king pin on the steering knuckle in your drawing so there is clearly trailing axle there ..

sorry,
Camber=0, Caster= +1, Steering bar=0
because it is so small, the front axle had to be designed behind the king pin, but this worked very well, the steering works fine.

I want to build one of these! but I can't find the right size receiver to fit in the 1/64 scales. Would love to know what kind of transmitter and receiver you are using to build yours. Thanks so much!!

Nano-receiver Dasmikro (14x10x4mm) on Aliexpress.
