Is there any other battery recommendations for the b pro other than the 2 dynamites that seem out of stock everywhere? I tried a 2000mah for a t from ebay and its not even close to fitting the battery box. I'd have to take out the waterfall to use it. Thx.
Btw i have the hobbywing 5200kv brushless combo.

Do any of the aftermarket bodies have more room for electronics? I'm looking for a body that's a little bit taller to fit my random batteries and full sized receiver.

I just bought a 12 scale datsun 240z body that has all the room you can imagine, but it's probably not what you are looking for. My mini 8ight buggy body might be a good fit, I'll try that tonight and see if that's an option for you.

Really itching to pick one of these up. Really enjoyed my mini-t that I had like 15 years ago lol

What brushless motor Kv ratings have you guys been using for your tracks? Very small, mini-z type track converted to carpet for the summer. I was looking at the castle 5300.
EDIT: going with the 4100. Also ordered the Hot Racing shocks for the bleeder screw.

Looking for some wisdom from Mini-B owners. I have a brand new Mini-B, all stock brushed electronics. First 2 packs were great, buggy ran perfect. On the 3rd pack, I started experiencing "run aways". It would quit responding to transmitter commands and drive off erratically for a few seconds before coming to a stop. Only way to regain signal was to quickly turn the transmitter off and back on. The blue power indicator light is steady blue all the time, so I don't think it's an intermittent radio power problem. Didn't matter if I was 3 ft away or 200 ft away. Transmitter batteries are good. Range is good. Freshly charged lipo. Literally nothing is different from the first 2 packs through it. Same exact location, so it's not interference either. I've gone through the binding process 4 times, reset my trims and dual rates. All connections are good with the on/off switch, battery and esc plugs, antenna wire isn't loose and in perfect shape, servo securely plugged in. I topped off the lipo and ran it 2 more times with the same problem. I got nuthin' left to check lol. Anybody had this happen? If so, what's the solution?

Sounds like the ESC has gone a bit naff (had an electronic malfunction). Pull it, replace with a different ESC.
IIRC, It's a 2-in-1 esc so try binding with a different, known good radio. If it fails on the bench, create a support ticket.

At this point, I believe a call to Horizon for a replacement is probably the only option. Are these 2-in-1 receiver/esc units known for having a lot of problems?

I bought the Pro Roller version, but after my experiences with the stock controllers on other LOSI sh!t driving my cars full blast strait into concrete or rocks, I wouldn't even dare to run anything on them, ever! I don't know why they sell things with such garbage, as it does nothing for the brand at all. My experiences are both before and after Horizon bought them out, so take that for what it's worth. My Flysky GT3C for $39 was the best first upgrade I made over my old ass Sanwa stuff.
