Nope. With 1/18 I run them were I can. I’ll see in the spring if it can work on a baseball sand diamond. My 2 1/10 2wheel buggys hsve only run pavement and carpet track.

Hello. Does anyone know if Horizon or anybody is still sending out upgraded front arms for the 2.0? I just bought one and immediately broke my RF arm. Thanks.

I bet Horizon knows. Call them and ask.

has anyone ran their 2.0 with a higher C lipo and a better brushed esc? should give some more power and make it more usable on the track. brushless might be a little overkill on appropriate scaled tracks

personally I'd say try adjusting the gearing first. on our track with about a 70ft straight away it tops out pretty soon, motor feels like it could push a bit more gearing.

You're not going to get more power out of the cheap brushed motor included with the original release. That motor doesn't even come close to stressing the wattage limit of the included battery.

I decided to buy one of these after all, even if just something to fiddle with. The question now is whether to run the brushless motor that comes with it, or sell that and install one of my vintage Losi Mini Insane 370 brushed motors.

There’s a few in the Facebook group that have recently had the arm break. They have not gotten response from Horizon. I have a feeling they are no longer sending out replacement. It’s a $10 part. Probably better off just buying a set of arms. I think once they got the revised arm in stock. They stopped sending free replacements

Its one from the December shipment. There still a few out there that haven’t been sold yet. The second shipment hasn’t gone out yet.
