November 2023 Layout
New layout for November running clockwise. Not quite as tight and technical as the last one, but not too easy either. Drive fast!

Well I restored my old laptop, and it seemed to work but it was only for a short time, but it started freezing up so no times for me this month. All 3 of my cars are running well, so a trip to Best Buy should have me up and going before the end of the month. All of the new laptops are running Windows11, so I am hoping that Zround and the ICS manager will work with it. Guess I'll find out.

I'll be back this month! Ended up getting a bunch of my old rc buddies over for test and tune and get them into the groove for mini-z. Plan on getting a marathon day going with them all setting lap times :)

Man this track isn't all twisty like last month's, and I enjoy being on throttle most of the time, but just a tiny misjudgment in car placement and BAM head on going all out into the outside wall of the first corner of the Zig Zag section! Yesterday I was able to rip off 9 laps in a row at 3.2 seconds with my Stock chassis with the Camaro body, and had a 40 lap avg. of 3.9 seconds. It was my best run yet, but I couldn't duplicate it today with a fast lap of 3.605 and a 40 lap avg. of 4.2 seconds. Now if I can just do that well over 75 laps!:p

Just a heads up Kenon has McLaren F1 LM bodies in stock. MZN181 is the part number, and it is 98mm wb, with N0 and W0 wheels. I haven't painted mine yet, but after mocking it up, I LIKE IT! It's great on the tight mini96. Carves the corners, and I've yet to traction roll it even when I tried. Here's a pic in white moc up. Ignore the window as I just taped it in, and my finger pushed it down in the pic.

Hey BBD! Happy holidays! That is a good body for the M96WC and what I ran for a long time in Box Stock before switching to the NSX. It's also very strong and glides off the rails well. The CP203 is made for that body (it is the short tail). Enjoy!
