Any good 1/64 or 1/67 scale RC cars?

Hey guys im looking for something Hotwheels size. I found a few low quality garbage RC cars but im wanting something a bit better that I can actually drive around the living room floor and such. I found Quantow Gear RC cars on facebook which looks decent but they are also really new. Has anyone used one of the Quantow cars? Looks like they're still in early development so maybe not.

Go with HPI micro Baja if you can still find it or SilverLit x-trek series. They are both around $50. Both are digital proportional steering along with throttle. Other micros like Car in a Can is nothing better then Microsizers. Although RadioShack did have some later production of ZipZaps that had full digital steering and throttle applications. Hope that helps. Otherwise go with Team Associated 1/18 size or Kyosho Mini Z.

Kyosho had the dNano, but I think they are long discontinued. I don't know of any others.

I was merely trying to steer him from getting into matchbox size cars because it's almost a mute point. Stepping up in size would be more beneficial as they're actually "hobby" grade made from reputable companies that will supply parts. There was a company called Epoch that made 1/43 size digital proportional rc cars but they never came back due to extremely poor sales. If you want to make a really nice 1/64 size vehicle I suggest you get a pcb from a micro flyer, attach it to a Tyco slot car and rig a steering system for it. Should be almost indestructible.

Oh and by the way, I have tons of Microsizers because at one point I really got addicted to them, I have pretty much every make and model from Shen Qi Wei to the US version of Microsizers. Both were knock offs from Tomy Takara Japan.

If you want to build one then you can buy a Hot Wheels car style you like and use the body. I am trying to research what Parts, Radio, battery, Receiver, etc. I need to use in said build. I am having a hard time getting started with my research.
