If you have a LHS that handles Kyosho products that obviously would be your best bet. Beyond that there is Tiny TC.com and RC Kenon. There is also a lot of stuff on the bay. I would start with Kyosho direct. Never a warranty concern that way.

I’ve bought 4 off eBay. My local hobby store used to carry them. But interest slowed and they stopped.

I’m looking into these as well I know two large local SoCal hobby shop carries them starting $139 for the 2wd sports ready set. But limited supply about 5-6 full sets and 8-10 body kits. I also checked Amazon. It’s alright prices varies so much.
problem im having is what chassis to get so that it will fit the various bodies I wanted to get.

Since the wheelbase is adjustable on all the varying chassis your best bet for a beginner would be an MR-03 ready set sold as RWD with the new KT531 radio. This chassis fits all of the earlier bodies as well as everything current.

No modification needed? You can just purchase another body and it should go one right? I found a McClarren F1 for $129 with free shipping and im considering that

Good starting place. Make sure it has the new KT531 radio. The McLaren is a mid motor 98mm wheelbase. That means that any ASC body set that is 98mm wheelbase will fit with just a wheel change to the ones that come with the new body. If you look into mini-Zracer.com you will find all things "Z" including body interchange lists as well as what offset wheel fits which car(body).

Kyosho just cut the price on two kits to $129.99 on their website. It's the 32332W-B MINI-Z RWD McLaren F1 GTR White that Mike was mentioning

Ebay has them up for $129.99.. I snagged one for myself.

Ebay $129.99 Mini-Z
