try resetting you speed control. make sure you have a full charge in you batt.

hello im a novice local racer and i bought the castle hpi flux brushless system yesterday had the hobby store install for me and when im racing at first its good but then it like cuts out i toogle the throtle and half the time it starts going agaain, checked the battery its fine checked pinion gear and motor for heat could still hold finger on it,,,could it just be i got a bad esc i really wanna get this fixed cause i power is great and i was up half a lap last night and then car stopped and started moving at grandma pace like reaaaaallll slow...please help thank you
