Ok, so I'm a computer geek and RC racer. Currently running 1/8 nitro buggy, and 1/10 2wd sct. My SCT runs a Novak Edge2 and spec Ballistic 10.5. Not the fastest out there but is reliable with 0 failures of any sort since i got it. The geek in me is excited about the whole wireless module and how it can change settings in the ESC. My questions, can the wireless module be mounted in the truck (if there is sufficient room)? We run open class so it's not cheating if we have that capability. Can the wireless module make changes on the fly? Say I'm running down the backstretch and decide I have too much motor in it; could I immediately pick up my phone and dial it back a bit? Which ESCs/motors support the changing of settings via the wireless module?

Amazing technology, to remove any hassle from RC is worth it's weight in gold. I'm just hoping the wireless module can be hooked up at all times and able to make changes on the fly without having to stop and physically touch the car.

Hi solara! i have a question about SP reventon pro with LRP vector x12 13.5 stockspec motor. what would be the best setup for boosted. (1/10 touring car)

That is the ESC temperature, we do not have the motor temperature sensor reading...when temp motor, I only use real temp gun to temp motor temperature. Good luck.

    Thanks Solara,

I run Stock0 (Blinky) and I am on dirt in a 2wd Blitz that weighs 2400g in race trim I do notice the ESC does get a fair bit hotter with no fan, Good to know about the motor thank you.

One more question when you connect the LCD programmer to the ESC and check the Temp that is for ESC or Motor.

    Thanks Again

Pittster...depends on what software you are running, if you are running NO TIMING (stock0) you don't really need a fan on ESC...however, cooler the ESC, better the performance....and I don't think WEIGHT is that important, I prefer my ESC to work better with the fan on ESC and motor both.

About motor...never go above 90*C...that is the max.

    Hello Solara,

What is the Maximum temp a reventon Pro ESC can take? Most I have seen is 48deg but was just wondering as I was thinking of not running the fan.

Also what a comfortable temp range for 10.5 MMM motor ? I average between 75-81 deg C using a fluke thermal gun to measure all over the can.

    Regards Jeff

Hello Solara, I need to change the motor rotation, but there is no option in the ESC settings... I tried all SW I found.. I use Speed Passion Pro Stock 2.1 with optional LCD card... Two days of trying.. no result.. Can you help me? Thanks a lot, Roman
