Hey thanks! I'll have to look into that, but for now, I've still got to save up a little more money. But I will definitely look into it.

That will put you up around $465 if you arent able to negotiate the price of that MBX6r a bit. All of the above is light years above anything you'll get in an RTR kit. The only piece you'll be missing is a receiver pack (there are options that are $10-15 cheaper) and quality servo and in that regard, the Hitec 7955 is fantastic but runs about $100 (they literally almost never break and if they do, Hitec ALWAYS fixes them for free). You'll be far happier in the long run if you go this route, I promise.

That MBX6r that I linked really is a great option to get your feet wet. I know things can be a bit overwhelming at first but you can pick up a quality engine that is still budget friendly like the Werks B2 that will be reliable and strong. When it comes to ignitors, dont get anything but the Hot Shot or it's bigger brother the Super Shot (I've had mine for 5 years now!). These starter boxes work well and are dirt cheap. Grap a 4s LiPo battery to use in the starter box and you'll have a setup that will go all week without needing a charge.

Continued in another message as I've hit the character limit.
