Since the serial number is not a US sold version I cannot service it for you. You will need to contact KO Japan or the dealer where you purchased it from. You might need to replace the antenna or just have it checked for short range in the Master Unit.

I am having extreme short range with the ex=1 version 1. The antennas are all extended and fine. I am lost for reasons here. This radio cost to much to have these short range issues. We are talking like 15 in front of me. Should I rebind it to ensure the connection is good? Is that something that has to happen? Please offer some professional guidance....thank you in advance.

Perform the AdjustTH function to calibrate the grip unit to the Master Unit. Then verify the movement in the Monitor function. If this is correct then it should be operating correctly.

If you connect a servo to CH2 you should be able to see the movement in the servo as you move the trigger.

If you are using this for electric, then you will need to set the ESC to the transmitter. Please refer to the ESC manufacturer's instructions for setting this up.

In order to verify the movement on the transmitter to the receiver, make sure that you have paired the receiver to the transmitter first.

I have a ex-1 kiy radio (serial 0729660), and I can't get the throttle to work at all. It shows that it moving on the LCD screen but nothing moves on the car? Should I buy a grip unit, send it in to Japan or what? Any help would be tremendous!! Thanks
