Hey Jody,

Hope everything is well with you. A minor thing happened to me & I thought about your advice. You cautioned about "trades" that end up as an empty box.

I have a 4900kv Reedy motor for sale. One guy asked in the forum if I would take a trade. I responded in the forum that no, no trades. No trades because I need cash soon for a new SC10 4x4.

Then another guy PM's me with a couple questions, and then offers some wheels & tires for a trade. I PM him back & say that I've already stated no trade, but the answer is no, no trades. (Even repeated the reason.) So he PM's me back and says he doesn't get paid until next week, and then offers more wheels & tires.

It seems like the guy really wants the payment to come to me in a box, not thru PayPal. Pretty suspicious. Made me think about your caution. Thanks again.
