    Hey, I've been out of the hobby since I was about 15. 32 now, but used to race with my buddies every week at Amain raceway in salmon creek. I'm now bringing my boys to pdx underground. Anyway I saw you were active on a chat involving Amain. I'm curious what happened to the track and where any of the regulars are these days? I can't remember any of their names but had some great times there and remember they were good guys.

    Yes acetone to remove tires works great. Cut the tire around the rim. Save your foam. Toss them in the bucket. I usually leave them for two days. Make sure the bucket you're using has a lid. The acetone will evaporate the same as paint thinner if you don't.
