This is a little OT but I need to send this here since you don't respond in Facebook. I ordered an NG 1/100 Overflag 3 days ago and the status is still "processing". I don't know what's up since you assured customers that you will be processing orders within 24 hours. I followed it up through FB 2 days ago and the representative there told me that they will follow it up 'later on today'. It's already 72 hours since and I'm getting a bit antsy. No replies, no updates. Please do accommodate this request because the paypal I used was not mine. My Order Confirmation No. is 16358. I'm hoping for your kind and swift reply. [email protected]
