    I was the same. I was in my normal bmi range but over 35% body fat. I’m now at about 20% - and I more than doubled my calories, eat 5 times per day, added weights and halved the cardio to do it. The weight dropped a bit (only a few kilos though) - mostly it was dropping fat and building lean muscle mass.

    Perhaps too much cardio and too little food has made you lose muscle. I am skinny fat like you. I am about 32% body fat and I only weigh 98 lbs. Iím trying to gain muscle instead of losing fat. To do that you have to eat a lot, and more than once a day. Only work out with weights for awhile. No cardio. I donít know if keto is conducive to gaining muscle. I had to eat more carbs and protein.
