Hi, not sure if you're still looking for a Wimpy stock motor, but I have dug one out of my old 1980s collection and while researching, saw your old post. It has cut brushes as well.
I'll planning on selling it on eBay in a week, as fitted to a Tamiya Fox under goodgear06.
