    Hi,

    I'm still convinced that the problem is coming from the front belt and the fact that the vertical top-deck is deformed around the spur gear... But by the way it seems that it could be a good idea to cut a standard to deck to join the motor mount and the rear bulkhead... It seems that you can also use turnbuckles.

    It also seems that the VTD could be interesting when you are using the aluminum chassis, where this problem is quite reduced. The fact that the VTD is free to move or tight could have a huge impact.

    Hi Airwave
    I have also tested the VTD for the D09 and I like it, but with 13,5t blinky, I have problems with the belts skipping. I have adjusted the tension and tightened both rear and front belt, I even made a belt tensioner on the top plate, with 2 bearings. When I change back to the standard top deck, no skipping belts at all.
    The problem lies between the motormount and the rear bulkheads, when You press there both belts changes tension.
    Please let me know if You find a good solution.
