I was looking to GT3C firmware already before and find out that there are changes, which makes it incompatible with the generator. And I am not planning to work at this.
But why not to use newly written firmware ? Modifying original firmware with generator was first (quick) option to enhance original firmware, but new firmware is much more advanced.
