Hi, I just sent a list of the parts that are broken, the actual broken parts, and my return address and phone number. I think they replace parts within the first year of purchase, but I have never sent in a receipt in the past. I always wrote that the rc car was a gift for my son. I figured that I would only be losing out on shipping if I never got the parts back. But I have always gotten new parts back. I have returned xl5 esc, 2075 servos, stripped spurs, axles, arms, bearing carriers. Good luck
