hello

I had a friend of mine Dale Tubbs order for me from your website 2 gens ace 4s 40c 5000mah batteries
and a fly sky fs-gt3b radio and 1 lipo bag.
Dale gave me the stuff I ordered this last saturday.
one of the batteries has a chunk/strip of plastic missing out of the hard case - I think I can fix the battery with plastic epoxy.

the fs gt3b radio seems to have a funky/defective display
some of the pixels are missing or brown instead of white


I was planning on having the radio's firmware updated as per a thread on this site but I think the radio is defective

Is there a really really really cheap way to send you the defective radio - spending 10 - 15 bucks to send it back to you kinda makes it a exspensive cheap radio.

fair i know tecon is leopard mate and i dint order it in the first place after i contact the online supported the guy call mark on it was rude and disrespectful say it was my fault but i never order it i order my first order the right one but you gave me that one
i am not happy with the service i got and will never order with them again and i tell ppl about this too

I ordered a couple 98P-30C-4000-2S1P-HardCase batteries that are listed as having ROAR but the batteries that came did not have the ROAR sticker on the side. Can you tell me why/what I need to have it? Thanks
