I think your 01 is more free so makes more rpm and because of this can be faster. However the 03 should have a faster rpm climbing and so can be more an advantage on the track.

The latest VSR03 has more overall torque compared to the VSR01 while the top-speed is very similar.

I have the tool problem is when I use there spring I have to use like a .2 gap if that even works I burn up shoes cause it don't fully engage

Yes, I use the mugen hard spring and indeed you must use a tool to get the nut on.

I know your trying to accomadate everyone and also make changes to the sched according to the weather, but you should be real careful changing the dates so much. i think what is going to happen is that the numbers are going to suffer. The usual hardcore guys are going to come out but the guys who plan there race schedule are not. Just my 2 cents.
