Hi Casper. There's a thread "been out for a while and have some questions". Someone was asking about parts compatibility between his MIP 10SCTE and the 3.0. I'm not knowledgeable about the new truck, and I thought you could help him since you've worked on the evolution of the truck over the years.
    Thanks,
    John

I would go with the std Dunford setup as a great base for the SCTE 1.0.

Motor Sensored start much better. Depending on how serious your racing is it may not matter all that much to you. I strongly believe in Tekin motors and ESC's but they are not the cheapest options. Guys have had good luck with the hobby wing stuff but you don't get the support with those if you do have an issue. There are lots of options out there.

hello I am looking to get back in the racing I have a scte the original.

I mainly like to run on dirt track I have a small 80x40 track at my house.. also looking to go to offroad dirt tracks some are big some are small. I'm not looking to change the whole car around every track just looking for a good base setup.

#1 on my diff fluids what is a good all around out door dirt set up?
#2 same question but for the shocks
#3 as of now I have a castle mamba max pro with the 3800 4 pole motor which seemed ok back when I was into it. I need a motor for another car which I could use the 3800 in that and get a new one for the scte truck what would you recommend as a inexpensive motor? is the sensered motors that much better?
basically I'm trying go over the whole truck once since it has been sitting and I know its needs attention.
thanks for any info you can give me.
    Mike

The bearings can be very tight on the case. keep pressing but trying to only push on the inner race if you can. They will go on.

I'm trying to rebuild diffs in a SCTE TEN. I bought the HD diff case. The problem is the bearings that go over out drives will not go all the way down diff case shaft. The diff will not fit in case because bearings off just a little...case number tlr332001 and outer bearings...12x18 losa6956 Thanks

Sorry not sure what a 22T-R conversion is? Is that Rear motor?

My std Rear motor setup is on my web site. www.casper-rc.com For carpet I would work with a MM setup though.
