I have the EOS0606i charger, 5000HV 3S pack. when I charge the pack it comes up with error (Balancer Voltage to High) it happens everytime. i'm afraid if voltage is too high i might harm pack or worse. I've charged my friends pack a 5000HV 3S and get the same error message.

Is this a problem, do I need to send charger back???

What is the voltage on the packs at the main lead. If your bellow 12.4 and above 9 volts the pack is fine and it may be an issue with the charger. Check it out. If need be go to our warranty page and get the RMA form and e-mail one copy to [email protected] and print off another copy to send back with the charger. Hyperion warranties the chargers for one year from the date of purchase.
