Is someone up for painting a body this weekend? I just need a simple ~2 color job.
Apparently the RCP isn't restocking polycarbonate paint They had ~4 colors...

So I am assuming because of the rim fiasco, a car like the following link would not be legal for the LM class. If I come back in the fall, I will probably dismount the stock LM tires and sand down and lighten the rims to help bring down the tire weight. On that I could also lighten the hubs with a drill bit and get the drivetrain super light, again I have to think this would be legal. Much more legal than what has to be done the the Turnigy TrackStar motor to get it to go.
any objections let me know.

This is where we are at so far for rules between input from John, Stan, and myself. The only thing we talked about and had not decided on was minimum starting tire diameter. This is to discourage truing new foams down to 1 race rubber bands.
Pro10 235
any 10.5T (limit, not spec)
open ESC, open timing
any 2S lipo configuration
235mm chassis
non-nitro 235mm bodies
1150 gram min weight
open tire

Missed ya tonight John. Hopefully catch you next week.
Spun the axle clean off at the diff pin on the wife's vintage 10L. When I showed Tim the motor I had in it he just shook his head and said "well ya that doesn't belong in there". The 10L has a Castle 3800kv 4 pole sensorless motor.

I'll be back! It was one of those family moments I just couldn't ignore.
That doesn't belong in there.
