i spoke with walt and feel like i have come up with the perfect line up for the night let me know what you think

Sportsman SCT
Super SCT
Open SCT
this would allow for the sportsman marshalls to marshall for drivers that wont need it as much

BUGGY
moving these guys into the middle of the show will allow for more time to analyze and work on vehicles to make for better racing also since there is alot of crossover between super sct and buggy this will give those drivers a chance to not go back to back

Open TRUXX
Sportsman TRUXX
Super TRUXX
again supertruxx guys wont need extremly active marshalls (or at least they shouldnt)

any issues suggestions please let me know i understand it is not perfect but lets work together to have as much fun as possible

In my opinion, run Sportsman SCT followed by Sportsman Truck. Anyone new to racing and running in sportsman truck should not be marshalling for the super guys.
The super trucks, as well as the sct's, run pretty quick and if someone is not paying attention they could get seriously hurt. Just ask Rich about his ankle.
Also, with the two sportsman classes being first, they will be out and home quicker - the reason for the start time change.

I haven't studied the lineup closely but back to back sportsmen will be bad for those that run both types of vehicles.

I agree with Chad (must be a blue moon) that the sportsmen marshalls are generally not as experienced to deal with the excessive speeds of the super guys. Safety first always. The order of races now...sportsmen....open..super makes the most sense to me for marshalling.

The order of sct vs trux vs buggy.....does it matter? I know of no very young super trux drivers so they should be the last run to help get the youngsters out early.

The main deal I believe is to run an efficient program. Limit the break inbetween heats and get everyone to the line on time and don't wait for anyone. There is an hour between heats. No excuses to be tardy. There are three heats. Perhaps a little bit of slack could be given for the mains.

Well my point was that supertruxx need less Marshall's due to there experience level and then maybe I won't have to hear about marshaling from open guys where they need more experienced Marshall's
And as far as sportsman sportsman order I am not apposed exempt of the drivers that do both

We understand your commitment to providing us with the best show possible Spike. There are no perfect solutions to some of our issues. This site is a great place to present ideas, get input, and sculpt changes the best we can.

Sometimes all of us could do a better job of marshalling, myself included. I am also guilty of wanting better marshalling at times when I am on the track. I need to heed my own advice....don't crash so much. There are times when you get taken out by others...not your fault at all....thats when the veins pop out in my forehead and I get inpatient with the marshalls. I apologize now for anyone that I may have hollered at in the past and those that I will holler at in the future. The adrenelin rush, the intense focus, and heart pounding make us all excitable at times. ....must remember...toy cars...toy cars.
