tommi: as mentioned by hman, the reversed wires indicated that there was motor/armature swapping. for this race i believe they only allowed 19T spec motors that used crosswrapped winding. some motors were spoted having a hemi style wind. what gave them away was the fact that those who used hemi wound motors had thier motors wired in reverse. this is because a motor wound hemi vs one that is wound crosswrapped will require magnets in the can to be installed flipped hence changing the polarity of the magnet/can. so the only way to get a hemi wound arm placed in a can for crosswrapped wound motors to spin the right direction is to wire it up in reverse. kaya huli sila! :nod:
