Hello everybody,

nakita ko na nagsisimula na rin ang 5th scale discussion dito kaya eto ako at magse-share ng konti sa inyo. Dealer ako ng FG Modellsport dito sa New Jersey, USA. Eto and URL ko: http://www.orienttoyshobbies.net. Kung kailangan nyo malaman ang mga presyo at mga ibang detalye tungkol sa 1/5 scale at 1/6 scale cars, marami kayong makikita dito.

Mayroon din akong discussion boards, dedicated for Large Scale Racing. Eot ang url: http://forum.orienttoyshobbies.net . Marami-rami na ring impormasyon na pwede kayong mabasa sa mga threads doon. Ang isang kotse ay pwedeng pagkasyahin sa isang balikbayan box. di ko lang alam kung paano nila hina-handle ang mga balikbayan box and if its worth it to send it through a balikbayan box carrier.

Mahal kasi masyado kung ipapadala dyan sa pinas through DHL, FEDEX or UPS. Kung mayroon kayong suggestion kung paano mai-ship dyan ng mura at safe, kailangan ko ang input nyo.

With regards to expenses, i think they are about the same with any scale RC. It may be more expensive to start with but you will make up for the fuel cost. Parts-wise, I think they are about the same. Large scale cars tend to break less than smaller scale but the price of the parts are also higher. Also, the thinking of bullet-proofing your ride with aluminum hop-ups is not really a necessity as alloy parts also break. Yes, they dont break as often but they are more expensive when they break and they actually make your ride heavier. The good thing about them though is they have no slack.
