hi twt 07.... i dont know what do you mean but sonic is already operating since we are TEAM SONIC the racing team and we are in the process of rehabilitating the track and the area... were not handling the track fee yet but soon when everything runs well we will charge and make it a membership type as well. but that is still underway.feel free to drop by and we will try to post the pics of sonic soon (maybe the new lay out) if finished ...re.. kits were open to all types as well
