We don't even have enough time to race in ALL available race tracks. We had a 1/8 offroad series for 7 straight every-other friday nights, 2 races at JPRaceway after that, with on-road racing in between that. There were day/night races at capitolyo for EP/GP 1/10 onroad, the tamiya cup in PS, offroad races at the QCRCC, HPI Challenge at the Fort. We raced in Batangas, Laguna and Cebu. I'm sure no can say that any of the abovementioned races were boring. We don't even hold races at Montalban for the moment as there are too many races scheduled months ahead.

IMHO, strict rules are ok.... if there are hundreds of pinoy racers around. If strict rules, classifications, etc. are implemented, you would be dividing the small number of racers that we have and sooner or later would see them fade away. Believe me, I saw it happen a few years ago. :)

racing in the philippines is great! tough competition.
current rule implementation is fine, enough to keep things in order.

assuming we've already establised national rules, if a race abides the rules of a recognized body, the race will be recognized by the body for assessment.

having this recognized body, drivers efforts will be recognized.

through all of this, drivers will be given opportunity for representation in bigger regional, national, and international events.

at this point in time, we are all aware that we have few drivers compared to other countries, but is that enough reason why we should not organize racing here in our country?

through the system we are trying to develop, we can maximize our calendar for all our beautiful tracks, and take advantage of the weather.

this proposed body aims to promote the RC community, not to scare away rookies and hobby fans. the environment will remain the way it is, except the fact that names of our talented drivers will finally be written where it is destined to be. :)

back to business.
the body must always be open for new race classifications.

i have questions:
1. what will be the case with the fees? i visited the roar's site, they charge fee for:
a. the individual racer registration
b. the race track registration(pwede ba ito kahit walang fee?)
c. the region registration(pwede ba ito kahit walang fee?)
>> i have this idea; racers have 2 options:
a. individual racer pays the season registration fee of PhP_____.(season registration for the body is different with race registration)
b. team pays the season registration fee of PhP____(bigger amount but cheaper individually)
note: a sanctioned race is open to all who would register for the race, however, only the names of those who registered for the season will be included for the point standings.:)

season registration entitles every racer to have an oppurtunity to represent their region(?) for bigger events.
big events will have race classifications for everyone(championship series, club races for everyone, para naman kasama ang lahat sa nationals, andun lahat:lol:)

sana magkaroon ng championship points sa manufacturer, team, para mas maraming i-cacalculate ang body:)
