As you can see, assuming we start at exactly 3pm, target is to end at approximately 8:30pm (give or take an hour). This also assumes we have 2 groups each running for Stock and Mod. Note that we have put in 15min gaps between heats but this actually means you still have to be ready right away if you know your heat is up next because -- if a heat is 5mins long, it also takes a few minutes to get drivers up on the stand, have their cars ready on the track before they actually start. then another few minutes after the race for racers to get down from the drivers stand, etc ...

So to all, this is a guide which we hope to adhere to as much as possible. Reason we are posting this in advance is so that once you are told your group during race day, you should try to make sure that you are ready to race at the time of your heat/run. :nod:

Reminders:
1. Please try to be "race ready" by 2:45pm so that we can start at exactly 3pm ... and WE WILL start at 3pm! :nod: whether you are ready or not.
2. It would be good to make a self assesment on how long it will take for you to be ready in time for the race. If you take 3 hours to prep you car, do practice runs, charge packs, then go to the track at 11:30am (3 hours before 2:30pm).
3. Based on the sched, there is between 1-1.5 hours gap between rounds. So that is a lot of time. If you are running multiple classes, please adjust accordingly to ensure you will be ready to run at your designated time.
4. There may still be delays on occassion but we will try as much as we can to keep it to a minimum.

Race Format:
Every race day we will have:
1. 5 minute runs for all classes
2. Qualifying: 2 Rounds, best run counts (not best lap time)
3. Finals: Triple Main Finals (Drop 1)
4. Points System: 1st - 10pts; 2nd - 9pts; 3rd - 8 pts; etc ....
5. In case of a tie, we will take the best run in the finals as basis for the deciding the winner (dropped round will not be used as tie breaker!)

Series Points:
1. After each race day all racers in each class will be ranked from top finisher (1st place in A-Main) to last place finsiher (ex. 10th place in C-Main).
2. The top place finisher for the day gets 50 pts., 2nd - 48pts, 3rd - 47pts, ..... and so on ....
3. These daily scores/points will be accumulated through the course of the series.
4. Note however, only the best 4 finishes of each racer will be considered (drop 2 worst rounds) and added up for their overall points total for the sereis and consequently to determine the series winners for each class. So in short if you have the leeway to miss out a weekend or two and still be in contention.
