Hi everyone, I'm a newbie on the RC hobby. I just bought a 2x2 off roader RC truck from SUNCON on SM and I would like to know would this be enough as a starter set for a newbie like me... I want to get serious on this hobby and some pieces of advise and tips would help me alot.. I also want to join clubs in the near future and hopefully gain more knowledge and get a chance to participate on friendly race as well... Thanks in advance.. :tire:

Might be hard to control because controls are not proportional!!

If you're really serious, try looking up real RC cars/trucks at one of the hobby shops listed here, might be a bit expenssive at first but it would be worth it and with stock parts I'm sure you'll get alot of pleasure running it until you feel confident driving that you can start upgrading things.

There are also some cheaper radio sets on the buy/sell forum if you're on a budget, 2 ch ones are ok for electrics.
