Robo: yup! pero matagal pa yun. Stinger muna it looks good and balanced - they made the chassis stiff perfect for shaft.

Survey Quistion lang po kung may interested:

I have a friend who has a friend who has access to a machine shop (CNC equipped daw pero I have to verify pa).

Anyway, tanong ko lang kung merong intersado magpagawa ng spool for their cars. The spool would be similar to a one way diff minus the oneway bearing. A normal oneway cup would be inserted into the spool and locked by means of a pin. Advantage is, when the cup wears down, you only have to replace the cup, not the whole spool . You will also get to choose which one way cup you would like to use. Tamiya, Yokomo and Xray use the same oneway bearing size, right? Pwede kaya yun?

Anyway kung may willing magpahiram ng oneway assembly for their cars, baka pwede tayo magpagawa ng sample. Let me know na rin kung magkano yung ideal na price para sa inyo.

Thanks.

PS. The same friend of my friend is also making an aluminum disc wheel patterned after the yokomo units. Hinihintay pa namin yung sample. Para sa mga mahilig sa Bling although pang display nga lang sya. NOn-anodized daw sa ngayon.

rough: since you will be using the drive cups of the one way unit and securing this with a pin, does that mean you will have to drill a hole through the drive cup inputs? lemme know, baka pwde ko bigay yung isang one way unit to use as a pattern.

.... shet, inggit ako sa inyo. no racing for me again this weekend. have a weekend long family thing to attend. anyway, have fun mga r/c bros! next week nalang ulit!

Yes sir, ganun na nga. Kasi pag grub screw gamitin, pwede mag-loose thread yun in the long run, and kailangan pa din magdrill sa cup to give the grub screw something to hold on to. With a pin, you can put a drop of glue to hold it in place. It's easy to tap the pin out when cup needs to be replaced.

Idea pa lang naman. If anybody has a better idea on how to secure the cup, please post them here.

I have oneway units for the Yok SD, X-ray T1 and TA04

i'm in... but i dont have an extra 1 way unit now, but the idea of replacing just the drive cups instead of the whole unit is great.

LEM : on my LCG biggest is 100T 64 pitch spur. for capitol this is good for 27 turn and modified, not sure about 19T yet, as i havent tried it yet. BD biggest is 112, i use 104 now... this is good for any motor, any track. ROBO is right 22 to 40 T pinion shld cover you.

on set-up's... i want to try an LCG setting on my BD, ill let you know on saturday how it works out.

JOEL T : what's you ride height? if its not equal, make the front and rear the same ride height. i'll try those in-line's next time.
