in theory, yes. it is possible to simply change your tires from Grip to Drift and vice versa and you can change the car's characteristics that easily.

but with almost all things that can do 2 things at the same time, you will have a bit of compromise. you just have to adjust your driving to cope with those compromises.

it might work. but its risky. your motor might get burned out easily at 11.1V. since these motors work properly on voltages between 6V and 7.2V. best if you have a fan for the motor. just in case.

for Touring car, use 7.4v LiPo. It's the standard. suggest ko po na wag na kayo mag experiment sa mga higher voltage at baka ma-disgrasya lang mga electronics niyo sir if you use anything higher than that. besides, di rin allowed sa racing kung 11.4v gamitin niyo sir.

It increases the magnetic field strength thus resulting to an increase in motor torque and rotation speed.

Here is a good comparison.

Stock Motor. Just listen to the pitch as i rev the motor ;

Same motor with 14 neo magnets glued on the side of the motor can (7 on each side);

Take note of the new pitch indicating an insanely fast rpm;
