TM...kainggit naman. You're bound to save a bundle by purchasing direct from one of the shops. If you buy 2 you can sell it for a slight profit since it seems a lot of guys are interested.

As for the 01...I am thinking of selling mine now that TAC is over.

oldskul, rccartips...how's this for an el cheapo format...103 chassis, slicks, 101bk, sport tuned motor, fixed FDR, 1600 nicad only, wd-40 tire cleaner only.

If you guys decide to run...lemme know...I may not be able to join in yet but I do want to watch and film the proceedings. Hey...can I be the pace car. I got a spare body that I can paint bright yellow and if I can find a suitable lightbar I'll put it on. Hahahahahaha.

rnold, rccartips...I did not see the RM in Lil's before. If it's there then Joel's sacrifice in saving me from temptation may have been in vain. Hmmmm...I think i'll sked all my meetings for the week to avoid the makati and megamall areas.

Joel...you know what would look good on your black F1...a gold Johnny Walker sticker like the F1 car before.

Yes it is...went to Lil's Mega a while ago...and on the box it says "Body Included"...and it was selling for about Php5.6k only...I had my credit card out and I was about to get it...then I asked "does it include wheels and tires already?"...the box was sealed so we couldn't check and it was not printed on the box itself...back into my wallet my credit card went.

Whew! Dodged a bullet there...sorry Joel.

Moral of the story..."Credit cards, always leave home without it!".

naku po! wag naman 101bk, medyo wild yan for a 2WD/RWD configuration dahil konti lang ang forward throttle steps ng 101bk ESC Fets. lets use at least an intermediate ESC for the F103 chassis. para mas madali ang buhay natin believe me, it will spin out the moment you released the throttle

also, magagamit mo ng husto yung advanced radios dito with features like abs braking, brake duty adjustments, the throttle exponential (set to negative parang traction control), parang F1 na talaga ang dating nito. add the tire warmers pa. kulang na lang pitstops.

lets use the batteries we have like the nimh and lipos para mahaba ang run time. excellent for endurance type runs. this car has a long run time kasi light chassis na and less load pa because of its 2wd transmission.

let's have fun running this chassis, laro-laro lang muna. you will learn a lot from it.

Wahahahaha...thanks for the info sir...I promised myself no RC expenses this July...but come Friday, it's August already...Mwahahahaha.

oldskul...ahehehehe...so the TEU101 is not recommended for the 103 Thanks for pointing it out.

Will a 13.5 BL be drivable with the F chassis? It's about a 23T...I think boss Joel was running a 17T last weekend.

but the 17turn from the olden days is not as fast as today's 23turn!

drivable yan! in the hands of an F1 expert!

masyado pang maaga pareng rey. laro-laro lang muna tayo para makuha natin yung tamang setup. 2WD eh, baka puro spin-out lang ang mangyari sa atin
