Robo and all those using BL systems: Novak or LRP? Ok na ba 5.5? Thinking of it.

I guess both will work just fine.. for touring cars, go atleast with 4.5. although ok narin cguro 5.5 kaso medyo bitin..

Novak = customer support.

BDC: I've tried both and both should work fine. Previously I would have said that from a performance perspective to go with the LRP but with the new batch of GTBs of Novak, i would say they are both even. Plus side of the LRP is its easier to switch from Brushed to BL - Novak requires a change in profile settings. But then Novak naman has the after sales support that is 2nd to none. LRP pag nasira, mejo tiis ka ng matagal or maybe even just get a new one altogether. Motors naman, i'd say they're all about even. But personally i like the LRP X11 Vectors most as they seem to have that exta punch i like. they run a bit hotter than others but still under the 180deg point so it never seems to be a problem anyway - the speed is consistent from start to finish and never had thermalling problems anyway.

what wind? hmmmm ... siyempre i'd say go at least with a 4.5 pero a 5.5 is pretty fast too. ran with a japanese guy last sat evening using a 5.5 and he was pretty fast too. ganito nalang, a 5.5 is like a fast 9T brushed, while a 4.5is like a fast 8Turn. So up to you what you feel you want in terms of speed.

.... in a nutshell, BILI NA!!!

hi Gwyn! YOu are most welcome to join of course! you can enter with your TT-01 at the silver can class if you're new to racing. Suggest you run your basic kit first before spending on hop ups. as for tires, we recommend using Sorex 36s with med-soft inserts such as those made by sorex or much more. hope you can join us this satruday. if you cant race yet, at least drop by and check out the race. we can also help you out on how to get started. im sure you'll enjoy it..... makukulit mga racers dun, lalo na sina shrewd at porshaa! hahaha ... just approach us at the organizers table and intro yourself, we'd be happy to meet you in person. karrera na!

EP-TC CLUB RACE RESULTS
Oct. 6 - JP Raceway

As usual, it was another fun filled race day! Great turn out and even better racing! In behalf of the organizers, salamat sa lahat ng pumunta at nikilaro ... pati na rin mga pumunta para mangulit lang! hahahaha

SILVER CAN CLASS:
Final Position-Driver(Quali Pos)/Final1 Pts/Final2 Pts/Final3 Pts/Total Pts.
1st - JC Borlongan (4)/9/9/10/19Pts.
2nd - Jake Valle (1)/7/10/9/19Pts.
3rd - Kristian Bernardo (3)/10/6/7/17Pts.
4th - Alex Madamba (2)/8/7/8/16Pts.
5th - Andrew Sapala (5)/2/8/6/14Pts.
6th - Christian Sapala (6)/6/5/5/11Pts.
7th - Roman Tiu (8)/4/4/4/8Pts.
8th - Neil Severino (10)/5/3/3/10Pts.
9th - Felix Chua (7)/3/2/2/5Pts.
10th - John Apilado (9)1/1/1/2Pts.

The silvercan class saw the silvertuned boys take all three podium spots! Down the wire results once again! Exciting talaga! ... Coming into the 3rd final, it was a three way battle between JC, Jake and Kristian - any of them could have taken the win. But in the end it was Mr. Srewd "JC" who takes the last round and seals the overall victory in the Silver Can class! Finally si porshaa legit na ang podium finish niya! hehehe Congrats mga bro!

OUTLAW 19T
Final Position-Driver(Quali Pos)/Final1 Pts/Final2 Pts/Final3 Pts/Total Pts.
1st - Alex Robertson (2)/10/10/5/20Pts.
2nd -Joji Say (1)/9/5/10/19Pts.
3rd - Jason dela Cruz (5)/9/8/9/17Pts.
4th - Allan Colico (3)/7/3/9/16Pts.
5th - Edward Angtuanco (9)/5/8/6/14Pts.
6th - Miguel Pascual (4)/4/6/7/13Pts.
7th - Tutoy Aldaba (8)/6/4/4/10Pts.
8th - Mitch Sy (9)/0/7/0/7Pts.
9th - Mikey Garcia (6)/3/0/0/3Pts.

None other than super fast wonderkid Alex Robertson takes the first two final heats to secure his overall victory of Outlaw 19T! But the 3rd main proved to be one of the most exciting runs of the day! Close dicing between Joji Say and Allan Colico kept everyone on the edge of their seats! Exchanging leads twice and only separated by half a second for almost the whole race, the heat was decided only in the last lap when a hounding Joji kept right behind Allan until a last minute error by Allan allowed him to pass by and take the win.

Notables for this class:
Mikey Garcia after only two weeks in silver can pulled out his Yokomo BD and decided to take a shot at outlaw 19T. For a first timer, he was still able to place hi car at 6th on the grid! Great job!
Allan Colico also showed he can hang with the rest of the 19T crowd despite being mostly a stock racer. .... yan ang magandang training sir! Pag nag stock ka ulit, madali na! We hope to see you again in the 19T class - the best yung laban niyo ni joji! Kahit ako na-excite sa pag commentate.

OPEN MODIFIED
Final Position-Driver(Quali Pos)/Final1 Pts/Final2 Pts/Final3 Pts/Total Pts.
1st - Taka San (1)/10/8/10/20Pts.
2nd - Gerry Soler (2)/9/10/9/19Pts.
3rd - Ludwig Llanora (3)/8/9/8/17Pts.
4th - Jay Flores (4)/7/6/7/14Pts.
5th - Ronchie Garcia (5)/6/7/6/13Pts.

Taka San was his usual fast self and takes the win in Mod! He seemed to be so happy he even gave us a song number after the race! hahaha nice one Taka! Gerry takes 2nd and Ludwig 3rd to round out the Podium for open modified. It was also good to see our good friend Ronchie join us even for just the mains.... too bad puro DNF ... hehehe ... next time linis muna natin motor at electronics para di uminit!

And now for the thanks you portion ...
Special thanks again to JP Raceway accomodating us at his awesome track and facitlities and Mr. Pitshop himself for generously allowing us to use his AMB system.... Shrewd, TY din sa beer at chippy! mukhang may sobra pa, sabado ulit! hehehe

Pics to follow ... lewd pa-send naman via email.

NEXT RACE WILL BE THIS SATURDAY, OCT. 13th!!!

......... ang tagal ng sabadoooooooooo!!!!!
