Need clarification on track operation.

Track belongs to MPK , right? Therefore, it is FREE for public use.

What's the operation hour for the floodlights on the track for night running?
Who determine when to switch on/off the lights to the track? Any rules?

Can the relevant person provide some details to avoid unneccessary or inconvenient
to the public who might want to run their cars but only to find the lights is off?!

i might not the relevant person.. but as a user as u.. . even the track is belongs to MPK or who ever.. they might need some one to take care of the track rite?? someone who need to turn on and off the light oso!! and even to maintain the track..
what we always did before we go and play.. we contacted Azri as he is the one who take care of the track..
