No need to be hostile. Ask politely and people will respond politely.
For all measurements, pls visit the first page. The entire IFMAR explanation is there. My post is to remind you guys, not to inform you guys.

HPC, will the race STARTS at 9am as posted? Reason is, in all races I have been to, organiser only starts setting up at 9am and most if not all the time, race starts at 10.30 or so. With so many heats (at least 10 groups in 1/10th and 3 groups in 1/8th), I think it will be better if the qualifying session starts at 9am sharp, not to mention the kinda weather we have been having lately.

Rest assured that HPC will start major races on schedule. If you were at the HPC Buggy Cup, HPC officials were at track since 6.00am for preparation!!!
Nevertheless, we need all drivers to cooperate inorder to start on time. For example, come early, listen and comply to race directors, etc...
See you there.
Cheers,

As announced earlier, track will close at 9.00 AM for the 1/10 class.Scrutineering for the 1/10 will begin.
In the mean time, warm up/practice for the 1/8 will start from 9.00am to 9.45am.
This is done for the convinience of all to separate the 1/10 and the 1/8 cars. Then all will be able to test properly.
1/8 will not be allowed to start practice before 9.00AM.
Drivers breifing and group photo will be at 9.45am.
Heat 1 starts at 10.00am.
We expect to complete all 4 heats for both classes by 6.45pm.
However, anytime before 9.00am should any of the 1/10 drivers who are ready are encouraged to come for scrutineering to ease congestion.everybodys co operation is very much appreciated.
Thank You.

To all the Asian Mugen Cup 2005 Qualifying participants,
A very BIG THNAK YOU to all of you!!! Thank you for your participation, your cooperation, your patience, your professionalism and many more...
It was unfortunate that the weather was not on our side but we are lucky to have completed 3 heats to determine the qualifiers for the Grand Finals in May.
As announced during the prize giving ceremony, the Top 40 for the 1/10 GP Touring and Top 20 for the 1/8 GP On-Road will advance to the Grand Finals in May to battle it out against Asia's best.
As for those who did not qualify, do not be dismayed. You will be on the standby list to replace any of the qualified participants who cannot attend the finals or if we have vacants from oversea drivers slots.
Do take note that during the Grand Finals, a strict scrutineering exercise will take place. Kindly take care for this.
Lastly, congratulations to all...we hope these major events will take Malaysians to the next level in R/C racing.
Congratulations to Azri and Sayur for their fantastic runs...it was just awesome!!!
Cheers and see you in May!!!
P/S: Results will be posted soon.

Only difference:

Tune Pipe - Outlaw is allowed ie 7mm
Fuel Nitro Content - No Limit
These R n R are imposed by Mugen Seiki, not HPC.We will enforce this for the qualifying for us all to familiarise and conform for the Grand Finals.

Which part of the R&R???
Anyway, this prompted me to skim through the IFMAR R&R and found some rules which prohibited usage of certain equipment between pit crew and driver. Also the the each driver's frequency is supposed to be made known only to the Race Director and referees. I supposed then it will be plenty of work for the organisers
