RC in Malaysia is a small world..round and round u will bump to the same ppl..hehe..and also becareful on the track..there are ppl who tend to steal stuffs while u r away from the table..before u buy anything from outstation ppl, just check their profile first..check their posts at rctech..check with others who might know the seller...liase with the seller few times before buying from them..c how they response..i bought my car and Tx from outstation ppl too..so far ok...

actually 150 for a TT01 good deal la...
i've seen Xray T2 007 kits going for 300...
so its not suprising la...

so i wouldn't say its the buyer's fault...
seller should always be checked...
i bought my drift kit from here about 2 years back...
did some checks (trader rating, where he/she always post) and put some faith...
banked in 1K plus... and pray...
voila! stuff arrived in time and in PERFECT condition...
so its up to luck as well...

if its a rctech member, maybe you can post his nick so ppl are aware of it!
sad to see ppl preying on enthusiast!

Disposable items such as bodyshell, tires, should be new. The rest can be used. You can start EP competatively with less than RM1.5K to be honest. Of coz, mainly used stuff lah.

Eg;

Motor = RM150
ESC = RM2++ ~RM5++
Battery = RM1++ (used)
Car = RM4++ ~ RM8++ (clone to used ori)
Radio = RM3++ ~RM5++ (3pk, Helios, EX-1, MX-3 FG etc)
Charger = RM1++ (used)

car is better to be CF chassis..RM2000 (TRF, BD5), RM1800(T3), RM1500-1700 (TC5R, MI4), RM1200 (Sakura Zero), RM1150 (T3R)..i suggest electronics especially ESC and Motor to buy new too..

yaya..this video is with regards to micro buggy and not 1/10 EP..RTR is good but ppl tend to be dissatified when they see others at the pit with pro-kit or better car which can do better than RTR once their skills has advanced..y spend twice the $$$$$$$....
