tanx for understanding that this thread was not meant to bash malaysians, but only this guy. in my line of work, i have been dealing with people from all over the world, even malaysians, and i have nothing but praise for you guys, you only say whats in your mind, and i also adore you for your honesty and trustworthiness. its just so sad that this idiot acted this way. had he responded to my emails then things would not have reached this far.
tanx for the support guys. we are one small family here in rctech, a bad apple should not dampen our spirits.

i would incline to suggest a report with the Malaysian Police about this alleged fraud. His full name, ic no, address and telephone numbers are all there. I believe you'd still have all the postal receipts as supplements. Write clearly your report and fax it over.

normally i won't bother much but this one ticks me off so much that i scout around for info. i don't like to incriminate or having ill-feeling against anyone, so lets justice takes its course. here's good info if u need to write a police report and fax it over to malaysia:
(although sect. 117 criminal procedure codes calls for personal or oral reporting; i believe, without digging into other provisions, that this could be done)
(recipient and address of police dept. for criminal matters)
