SSGP Championship Season 2010 - Round 2

Venue - Kota Raja Track, Klang
Date - Sunday, 21st March 2010
Entry Fee - RM20 with lunch provided, (FOC for ladies any age and children under 12)
PLEASE PAY TO HOBBY HAVEN, BANDAR SUNWAY BEFORE 16th March 2010.
Race Format - 3 Heats and 1 Final

Compulsary requirement
1) Realistic bodyshell. No touring bodyshell
2) Multi spokes wheel. No dish wheel allowed.
3) Handout 48T motor
4) Handout Yokomo 1400mah NiCd Battery for Novice Classs

Schedule (Duration of 6 hours)
10:00-10.30am - Registration

10:30-11:00am - Driver's briefing & Photo session


11:00-1.00pm - Heat – 5 minutes break each1:00-2:00pm - Lunch break + Sorting driver's Finals group


2:00-3:00pm – Final – 5 minutes break each3:00-3:30pm - Tabulate results

3:30-4:00pm - Announce results & Prize giving

Race Format ( 3 Heats 1 Final )

SSGP starts from, 3 rounds of Heats each Class and Group and 1 round of Final each Class and Main.

Heats
a) Participants will be group randomly or by draw

There will be,
Novice Class
- Group 1, 10 Drivers
- Group 2, 10 Drivers

Open Class
- Group 1, 10 Drivers
- Group 2, 10 Drivers

b) There are 3 rounds of Heats in each group, each Heat in each group will be 5 minutes of duration, and 5 minutes of break each.

c) Result based on Highest Number of Laps achieved.
Example - 55laps will be count instead of 1minutes 20sec.
- However, when there's a tie with 2 or more drivers, best lap time in the Heat will be count.


Final
a) Participants will be splitted again to 4 groups based on Highest Number of Laps achieved.
Novice Class
- A Main, 10 Drivers
- B Main, 10 Drivers

Open Class
- A Main, 10 Drivers
- B Main, 10 Drivers

b) There are 1 round of Final in each Main. Duration as follows,
Novice Class - 5 minutes
Open Class - 10 minutes

c) Result based on the driver who finished the race First and so on.

* Race format above based on 40 participants and should be adjusted accordingly depending on numbers of participants.
