Serpent have introduced 2 new types of promotional vinyl decal to show your brand allegiance. Both feature the same design but one is smaller (20×12cm) and is sold in a pair, while the other is larger (40×25cm) with both perfect for pit boxes, cases and other things you bring to the track. More importantly Serpent have also announced that they will release the first details of their new Billy Easton designed 1/8th scale buggy in the next 2 weeks as well as information concerning a new brushless powered 966 and the link version of the S120, which was used to win the first round of the European Pan series in Germany. We will of course bring you all the details as we get them.

The final EFRA GP of the year took place last weekend in Monaco and attracted some top quality competition. Racing in the hills of the principality it was Serpent driver Andrea Cristiani that took pole position ahead of Motonica ace Robin D’hondt in 2nd, Kyosho racer Adrien Bertin in 3rd, with Mugen driver Walter Salemi completing the top 4 and making it 4 different manufacturers in the direct qualifying positions. Cristiani would go on to win the 45 minute race by 2 and a half laps in front of D’hondt, the pair being the only 2 to drop down into the 13 second barrier, while Serpent racer Serge Christiany took the final podium step in 3rd.

New for the Serpent 733 1/10th scale 200mm chassis is this solid front axle. A combination of strong spring steel axle with an aluminium pulley flange, both the steel axle and the aluminium part have been lightened as much as possible. A nice tuning option, the same pulley from the front differential can also used for this spool.

TAIWAN GP National Race with serpent race round1.
This is first race we change the rule into 7 mins Qualification , so all drivers need to refuel during 7 mins qualification.
After qualification Mr.Wang take TQ with 29Lap 7 mins 06 sec with Serpent 966.
There are 8 Serpent 966 cars in the Top10 of 1/8 On-Road Class.
Because of weather-conditions, the organiser had to change the Final to 30mins only.
During the final , Mr.Wang lead at first, but due to some radio problem, he lost control of his car and was out.
Then follower Mr.Sho take the lead with 15 minsbut needs to retire due to some engines issue, so then "Huang-Yi-Ho" a 14 years old kid with stable and fast pace takes the leadg and wins in final.
He is also the youngest A Main Champion of 1/8 racing in TAIWAN ever.
