We have just submitted the club's offcial letter to the Sports Ministry pertaining to the track and with reference to our club's meeting with the Sports Ministry few weeks ago. We will have to wait for Minsitry's procedures and thereafter their confirmation reply. All these are done while we wait for the club's registration certificate which will only be out end of the year preliminary. Cheers!
