I am Eric Siow here. My first buggy is Losi 8. To face Pre Femca & Femca, i bought my 2nd buggy, Losi 2.0. It had been improved compare to previous but still some weak area as below:

1) clutch belt - original losi clutch belt is not tough enough, it cannot stand for even 1 race.
2) front shock tower - my front shock tower broke before Femca during practice, i had no choice but to use old Losi 8 shock tower.
3) wing holder - wing holder is not tough enough since 1st Losi, but Losi 2.0 has better quality of wing holder.

Basically, Losi is good, easy handling and tough buggy although it looks soft and thin. So far, i am satisfy with what i have now.

Thanks for sharing info,yes we over in penang have more than 10 units of Losi 8ight 2.0.We have shared your problem but not too many.
Do you have bearings die prematurely on clutch bell and diff side.
But compared to RCC track i may know why.Rcc jump are monstruos...compared to ours.
Our track is sand loamy based so we have terrible dust to start with.
Also,we now have issues with fuel tank cover spring .fuel splash out after a flip over do you have any issues on your tank cap?

Anyway ,owned and drove many buggies and this feels like a real race buggy,FAst..... he..he..

hey guys last time i used losi 8!!! good car,sexy design, well design and tough!! but too unstable difficult to control!!:tire::tire::weird: so i wonder:tire: how's the 2.0?:confused: do it still behave the same and is anyone using the smart diff on their bugs??;) do they really work? yea.. the other thing smart diff is fitted on the front center and rear?...........one big factor where you guys get the spares...:confused: there
's speculation saying that parts are hard to get, is that true?

the new losi 8 2.0 is more longer den 8!the car is good to handle! it can say is a good car!we dint use smart diff!but we will try it!:sweat:the parts is not hard to get la!
