Use only AE grease, its a special compound for ball diff. It creates better contact between the ball and plate. Its made only some dielectric compound or something like that.

Hi Everyone,

For your info our cars have been design since 2000 with the model of 7-5.2 SE, 7-5.2 TTT, 7-6.0, 7-6.0 EVOII, 7-7NR, 7-7PRO and now 7-7GT3-R.
All rclabs models are able to interchange parts with other rclabs models. No matter old or new releases. We design it this way to benefits our drivers and customers. Imagine the price you'll saved in the long run.
Like right now we just have gotten our hands with the GT3-R and we just transfer our parts from the Blue Factor to the GT3-R Chassis.
rclab has branch out to many countries and growing globally with the help of many Test Drivers all over and Dealer's Network to promote rclab. Each countries are able to develop New Performance Materials for the Improvement model of our range of 4WDs. Which means rclab MY is part of a team that work towards with other rclabs countries to innovate our cars even more. With the help of our global partners we will improve our Research & Development.

We knew that this particular model with the diffs, As we know that the owner uses Real Car Grease or other Grease to substitute the Diff Black and White Grease.
For the rest of the cars still running today we adhere strictly to using Good Quality White and Black Grease and we are still using them till this day.
We would show you our First 7-7even Blue Factor Diffs still intact and in top condition. Visit me at the Mines this Sunday Carpet Race.
tq
Here is some info:
The Golden Rules of Set-up!
Always, always, always! Run your car in the exact kit set-up to start with.
This is a proven set-up, that will work on all surfaces with all tyres in all conditions. It will not be the fastest, but it will work and the car will be easy to drive. If you run this configuration and you car is not totally balanced and without vices then there is something wrong with your build!
You need to check your shocks are correctly set-up, and have the exact same lengths side to side. That your ride height it set-up correctly with at least 0.5mm higher at the rear. That your droop screws are correctly adjusted. And finally that all your suspension and steering parts turn and move freely under their own weight.
If not, then correct them and you will find that the car handles perfectly (and better than most if not all) in this kit mode.
After a couple of runs to get used to the car you can then start dialling in the car to your personal driving requirements, the track, the tyres and the surface. Only make one change at a time as this car will respond to adjustments and you will notice the difference. If you get lost in your adjustments - go back to kit as the proven starting point.
