R & R - 1/10th Open Stock :

Tyre: Open Rubber Tire, Only 2 set is allowed for the qualifying round. Additional 2 set is allowed for A Main finalist. Additional 1 set for B and subsequent mains.
Min. Weight: 1500gm (with transponder)
Bodyshell: Only 4 door IFMAR or JMRCA approved 1/10th Scale touring bodyshell
Battery: Max. Sub-C 7.2V 4700mah or Lipo 7.4V 5300mah.
Motor: Max. Brushed 23T or Brushless 11.5T



R & R - Mini Chassis 2WD class :

R & R - Mini Chassis 4WD class :

Race Formats:

1/10 EP Open Stock & 4WD Mini Chassis
There will be 3 qualifying rounds each race. The best result from one of the qualifying rounds will be used for the final positioning. The finals will be run as below:

A Main : 3 rounds. Result will be based on point system. 1st position will be given 10 points; 2nd position 9 points, 3rd position 8 points, and so on. Final position will be based on best 2 out of 3 results. Tie breaker will be based on the result of worst round.
B Main : 2 rounds. Final position will be based on the best round.
C & subsequent Mains : 1 round of final.

2WD Mini Chassis
There will be 3 qualifying rounds each race. The best result from one of the qualifying rounds will be used for the final positioning. The finals will be run as below:

A Main: 1 round of final 15 Minutes
B Main: 1 round of final 10 Minutes
C Main: 1 round of final 10 Minutes

Marshalling :
- All driver must perform marshalling after every run.
- Any person not marshalling or providing a qualified marshall shall lose their fastest qualifying time.

All drivers must wear proper attire during the race and strictly no slipper allowed

No Smoking during marshalling.

Car inspection will be made after every Heats & Finals eg. weight, tire markings & motor checking

A question for Elwyn, would HPC shuts down the other part of the track such as the buggy and drift tracks during this Square Malaysia Open event ?

The reason why I'm asking is that my "cheap" radio have a tendency to glitch if the other categories are running at the same time we're racing... especially the drifters...
